Vjekoslav Majetić
DirectorVjekoslav Majetić is a Croatian innovator and entrepreneur, best known as the founder and owner of DOK-ING. He launched the company with a vision of developing technologies that improve human safety, initially focused on humanitarian demining solutions in post-war Croatia.
At Indeloop, he provides overall strategic direction and supports the long-term development of the company's waste-to-energy technology and business. He was also recognised with the CROMA Manager of the Year 2023 award in the entrepreneur category.
Danica Maljković
Chief Technology & Strategy OfficerDr Danica Maljković leads Indeloop's technology and strategy, aligning innovation, R&D, and business development with the company's long-term goals. She has around 20 years of experience in the energy sector, with a strong focus on the hydrogen economy, renewable energy, and energy efficiency, and has led around 50 projects across Europe.
She also serves as President of the Hydrogen Economy Association at the Croatian Chamber of Economy, Chair of the Governing Board of the Clean Hydrogen Partnership, and a board member of Hydrogen Europe for SMEs.
Mario Colnar
Lead Engineering & Product Development ManagerMario Colnar leads engineering and product development at Indeloop, with close to 20 years of experience in project management, thermal engineering, cooling systems, and CFD analysis. Before joining Indeloop, he held senior technical and project management roles.
At Indeloop, he is responsible for process optimisation, technical coordination, and the development of practical, implementation-ready engineering solutions.
Almir Sedić
Lead Scientist, Process Engineering & Energy SystemsAlmir Sedić leads scientific and technical development in process engineering and energy systems at Indeloop. He brings extensive experience in energy efficiency, energy management, emissions reduction and renewable energy integration, gained through both industry and research roles.
In addition to his work at Indeloop, he is an Assistant Professor at the Juraj Dobrila University of Pula.
Anđelina Bubalo
Lead Researcher, Chemical Engineering & Process ResearchAnđelina Bubalo is a PhD candidate and Lead Researcher at Indeloop, specialising in chemical engineering and process research. In her professional career she worked across academia and industry.
Her work focuses on experimental research, process optimisation, and transferring research knowledge into product and technology development.
Morana Drušković
Laboratory & Chemical Testing LeadDr Morana Drušković leads laboratory operations and chemical testing activities at Indeloop. She has more than five years of experience with expertise in laboratory management, chemical analysis, quality assurance, and the traceability of test results.
Her role supports technology development by ensuring reliable testing, robust methods, and compliance with relevant standards and safety requirements.
Edi Kirasić
Project ManagerEdi Kirasić leads project coordination and operational delivery across Indeloop's development portfolio. He is responsible for planning timelines and resources, managing priorities and risks, and ensuring that projects deliver agreed results in line with strategic objectives and budgets.
His role connects technical teams, project requirements, and day-to-day execution, helping turn development activities into structured and implementable outcomes.
