Od ulaza otpada do korisnog energetskog izlaza
The process inside LOOPER is designed to convert waste streams into useful energy products through a structured thermochemical pathway — integrating feedstock preparation, conversion, gas cleaning, and output valorisation into one coherent flow.
One Coherent Pathway,
Adaptable Per Project

The process inside of the LOOPER is designed to convert waste streams into useful energy products through a structured thermochemical pathway. It integrates feedstock preparation, conversion, gas cleaning, and output valorisation into one coherent process concept.
The exact configuration can be adapted depending on the characteristics of the input material and the intended energy use — from thermal and electrical energy generation to dedicated hydrogen extraction lines.

A single platform converting heterogeneous waste streams into clean energy carriers and circular construction materials.
The Five-Stage
LOOPER Process
A clear sequential pathway — each step engineered to feed the next with the right material specification, gas quality, and end-use compatibility.
Waste Collection and Preparation
Selected waste streams are received, characterised, and prepared in accordance with their physical and chemical properties to ensure suitable process conditions.
Thermochemical Conversion
The prepared material is processed through a thermochemical treatment system that converts the waste into syngas and solid residue.
Gas Cleaning and Conditioning
The gas stream is cleaned and conditioned in line with the intended end use, whether for direct energy generation or for further hydrogen extraction.
Energy or Hydrogen Pathway
Depending on project requirements, the syngas can be used for thermal energy production, electrical energy production, or as an intermediate stream for hydrogen extraction.
Residue Valorisation
The solid residue is further assessed for beneficial use, including potential application in the production of construction materials.
Why This Process
Creates Value
This approach can create value through lower waste management costs, lower external energy demand for the end-user, and additional commercial potential linked to the further use or sale of solid process residues.
Lower Waste Costs
Reduced disposal and treatment expenses for the end-user — waste that would otherwise carry a fee becomes a process input.
Lower External Energy Demand
Local energy generation reduces dependence on external supply, smoothing exposure to grid pricing and supply volatility.
Commercial Residue Use
Solid outputs become a sellable construction-grade material — turning what was traditionally a cost into an additional revenue stream.
What Comes Out
of the Process
Every output stream from the LOOPER is captured, characterised, and routed to a useful end — gaseous, thermal, electrical, or solid.
Syngas / Energy
Clean, conditioned syngas routed to thermal energy, electrical generation, or further hydrogen extraction depending on the project.
BravoBrick
Construction-grade brick produced from the solid residue of the process — turning ash into a circular building material.
Biochar
Carbon-rich solid residue with applications in construction additives, soil amendments, and other downstream uses.
