Where the LOOPER
Solves Real Problems
From textile waste pilots in Norway to sewage-to-hydrogen in Croatia, defence-camp energy recovery to circular construction materials — the LOOPER is engineered for site-specific deployment.
Four Verticals,
One Modular Platform
The LOOPER is configured for the waste streams, energy goals, and operating constraints of each environment — without redesigning the core system.
Industrial & Utility
Treatment of process residues with on-site energy recovery — for chemical, textile, and food industries.
Municipal & Public
Sewage sludge, RDF, and biowaste valorisation — converting disposal cost into local energy.
Defence & Field Ops
Decentralised waste processing in military camps — energy autonomy and reduced supply lines.
Circular Construction
Solid residue valorisation into bricks, geopolymers, and paving — closing the materials loop.

Solid Residues to Construction Materials
Under the Horizon Europe AshCycle programme, solid residues from the LOOPER process are assessed for incorporation into bricks, geopolymers, and concrete formulations — proving the construction-industry pathway for material that would otherwise be landfilled.
The BravoBrick application embeds biochar residues directly into commercial brick production. Combined with paving and geopolymer trials, the result is a closed material loop where every tonne of waste processed contributes to both energy and circular construction.
