PM Plenković Visits Indeloop Waste-to-Resource Facility
A landmark visit highlighting the role of advanced waste-to-resource technology in Croatia's energy transition.
Prime Minister Andrej Plenković, accompanied by senior representatives of the Ministry of Economy and the Croatian Chamber of Economy, visited Indeloop’s research and development facility in Zagreb to review the LOOPER waste-to-resource programme firsthand.
During the tour, the team demonstrated the modular thermochemical conversion process — from waste preparation through to syngas extraction and solid residue valorisation.
The visit underlined the government’s recognition of advanced waste-to-resource as a strategic pillar of Croatia’s hydrogen and circular-economy roadmap.
Indeloop is exactly the type of Croatian innovator we need to scale — turning local research into European industrial impact.
— Prime Minister of Croatia
